1. Check for the compatibility of the Android phone.
2. Make sure you are tapping your pebble at the center of the phone’s back.
3. If the phone is compatible and you are tapping it right, go to the phone’s setting and turn the NFC on.

2. Make sure you are tapping your pebble at the very top of the back of the iPhone.
3. Make sure the iPhone is not in flight mode, its screen is on, and its camera and flashlight are turned off.
